2007 non JBL hook up to a amp and sub

    i purchased a JBL amp and sub and JBL speakers. I changed out the speakers and it made a huge difference. My plans are to change out my head unit for one that is touch screen, back up camera, blue tooth, sat radio. Can I use the JBL amp and sub with a aftermarket head unit. Can they wire it up with existing plugs that are with JBL amp and sub? I have no wiring for this because I have a non JBL system.
