    Hey guys,

I have a 2007 Tacoma with about 93K miles. Recently the fan on the a/c unit quit working part of the time. I would crank up and no air flow out the vents. Then all of the sudden it would start to work again. It happened this morning too, and after I went over a speed bump, it started to work again. Is this the motor blower unit going bad? Or do you think just a connection issue? Any suggestions on where to start troubleshooting?

Does it work when you jiggle the wires? Then this is your issue. Sometimes you can just grease up the connectors and it will work for a few more months. Some just replace the resistor.

If your wires are baked I recommend the wire change detailed in the TSB 87138-04052. Another thread on the TSB:
