2007 2 wd, 2.7 five speed 95,000 miles in NJ. For the past 80,000 it has been used as a "hobby truck" not a work truck.

My Son ran into a snow bank and who knows what else. Actually knocked the tire off the rim bead, fender and other misc body work was also needed.
After the repairs were made a vibration is most evident at 65, it has steering wheel shake and seat of the pants vibration, not terrible but it is not right. It did non of this prior to the accident. I seem to feel it a bit more if when on a straight road I turn the wheel a 1/4 inch either way.

The body shop replaced the left front rim, installed two new front tires, and the left wheel bearing. They road force balanced the tires, and did a wheel alignment. They claim the vibration was not caused by the accident, BS.

Next I replaced the right front wheel bearing and both calipers. Vibration was reduced but it didn't go away altogether. Next I brought it to Toyota.

Toyota confirmed the alignment was fine. They road forced balanced all four tires again and the road force numbers were all between 15-20. They had to add more weight to 3 of 4 tires. The drive line seems fine actually Toyota replaced a u joint over a year ago and confirmed the u joints and center bearing is fine. It doesn't feel like a drive line vibration anyway. Once done the vibration is essentially the same.

Any ideas what to look at next I am a bit stumped....and so is Toyota.

If you are feeling it in the seat as stated, you do have a drive line vibration. Universal joints, carrier bearing, drive shaft bent or balance...
