I have a 2007 model. I recently replaced the secondary air injection pump, secondary air valve, and the little drive that sit next to it as well (forgot what the drive was actually called. Looks like a big two ports a USB thumb drive). The repair went fine no issues.

The thing is though is I started to notice when the engine is cool or sitting for a while without being turn on. I would then turn the engine on and the idle is pretty high (1300-1800) in neutral and after it warms up for a few moments it goes down to a normal idle. Sometimes it even jumps up to 1800 rpms then down to normal idle and right back up and then holds the idle up till it warms up then returning to a normal idle. I'm trying to figure out why this is. Any ideas would be greatly apricated.

Sounds like the way mine idles when cold. Sounds normal.

Sounds fairly normal, you could clean the throttle body and the MAF and disconnect the battery for a few min to clear the memory then start it and let it idle up to operating temp then drive it to relearn the idle.

Sounds a lot like my 07. Once the truck has been driven it idles just fine. I've been wanting to do this idle relearn procedure to see if makes a difference.
