Hey everyone, been shopping around for an insert that makes your hood scoop actually work. Can someone maybe point me in the right direction?

I just took the insert out and cut the back open, boom; "functional".

I mean it does let a LOT of heat out especially slow speed off-road I can watch the heat mirage absolutely pouring out the vent and it keeps under hood temps significantly lower especially on the highway.

If you're wanting something that actually goes into the intake though it ain't going to do much, if anything I think it would be a restriction especially if it was the only air inlet, plus it would suck up lots of rain water, I wouldn't recommend it, a snorkel, even just a cowl snorkel is a much much better idea.
