2007 tacoma steering vibration

    Howdy Y'all,
    FNG here, I have a 2007 Tacoma that I have done general maintenance to by myself, oil changes, diff fluid, trans fluid, brake job, shocks and struts, whee land tires... this has been a very reliable truck.
    Accept for the steering wheel vibration and shaking and highway speeds and the "cold start" engine vibration.


    I have had an alignment and all the tires rebalanced but no improvements.
    any ideas? the tires shop said change the lugnuts...and I did, but no help.
    I have USA-made Nitto AT tires 265/72/r17.
