2007 Viper/Factory Alarm Issues

Hey whatsup

Ive got a 07 with a factory alarm and viper alarm, the Factory fob unlocks the car but does not lock the car, I have reprogrammed the fob multiple times with no success.

The viper alarm was connected and disconnected while trying to program the factory fob but it still doesn't work.

I bought the truck used from the original owner and he said that the fob never worked from new, thats why he installed the shitty viper alarm which sometimes works.

Any ideas on how to get the factory alarm to work?

 

This turns into a mess unless you installed it. Who knows how the previous owner installed it. I'd take it to a pro at this point.
