2008 Factory LSD fluid requirement

What is the proper fluid to use in the factor LSD in my 2008 SR5 4WD

How much fluid does it take approx

Any LSD Fluid 75W90, its pretty pricey.

You can also buy standard 75W90 and put LSD additive in it.

 

ECGS recommends Lucas either 85w-140 or 80w-90.
ECGS Gear Oil Recommendation (eastcoastgearsupply.com)

Data sheet on 80w-90. Handles limited slips or open. I used this in all cases on my 09 with e-locker rear.

Capacity:
Diff front 1.6 qts
Diff rear 3.1 qts
Transfer 1.1 qts

May take slightly more so fill till comes out fill hole as you never get all the gear oil out of the bottle or pouch.
