After adding intake, cat back and dt header my truck is idleing at approx 750-800 rpm I know before adding these parts it idled higher. Do I need raise the idle and can I do it or should I bring it to toyota.

I don't know what the idle is off hand but 800 doesn't sound too far off. Have you driven it very far with these mods? Usually it takes a little while for the ECU to adjust to the increased airflow. You could also disconnect your battery cable for a bit and re-connect it to reset it.

Edit: Just checked and my truck idles around 600-700 RPM once warmed up. You may be thinking it idles higher because when you start it up cold, it will maintain a higher RPM to bring it to operating temp quicker.
