I don't know if I would call it rare, but it definitely is less common....it's called a double cab long bed or DCLB on the forums commonly.

 

No. I have a 6ft bed on a 4dr. Later models it only came more commonly as a TRD Sport.

This is called a trail limo. Not that rare.

Id say a 5 lug DCSB 2wd is rare
