Can a motorcycle floor jack be used to remove and replace the 3rd member on the subject vehicle? I’m an old guy and will be doing this in my garage by myself. Seems like I can make a wood support stand for the 3rd member and jack it up to where it going in the differential. Any thoughts would be helpful.
    Thks,

That sounds like a solid plan.
It should work. The 3rd is setting on studs.
So it’s not going to “fall” out.
    Here is a DIY on a 3rd w/Elocker.
You can disregard the steps that involves the locker.
