My 2008 Tacoma V6 bogs down (loses power) on right turns & curves. It is intermittent, meaning that it may not happen for a year or so, but when it starts to happen it will last for a couple of weeks or more. Then it goes away for long while. Strange how it favors happening on right turns & curves, and almost never on left turns & curves.

Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Does your truck have traction control? It may be the traction control system cutting power because it senses one wheel moving faster than the other. Happens to me all the time in the winter. Try turning it off and see if it still does it. Hold down the little "~~off" button for 5 seconds while stopped.
