2009 1gr 5w20?

Just changed it. POAT? I went with prestone equivalent. 350k interval. I might drain some and put just straight Antifreeze in it to raise my freezing point.

I checked the rating after I changed it, after I totally flushed it with 2 gallons of vinegar and 4 gallons a distilled water, and the rating was -15ish, --20? The label says -50. The concentration of H2O and Antifreeze is A 56% to W 44%.

I drained the whole block and left it open all night. Stupidly, I put my mouth on the filler opening and blew coolant out that way and got semi sick (I don't RECOMMEND this). Live and learn and LEARN FROM ME.

I changed my hoses( U and L) and thermostat .
