2009 DCSB with tonneau. Can I put ladder rack?

    2009 DCSB
    i have a DCSB with a fold back tonneau. I need a removable ladder rack that goes above the cab height. The tonneau sits on top or the bed rail meanin nothing can clamp to the top. Voodoo doesn't seem to go high enough.
