flowmaster 40 series, tinted windows, airaid CAI, removed 2nd filter, aries black bull bar

How big is the factory subwoofer and is it possible to just get a better sub put in the box in the back of my extended cab that will hit harder or will it just have to be a bigger sub? any ideas or suggestions? thanks guys
