No cold air A/C gone Capoot checked the following
    1 Fuse is good
2 The relay switch is OK swapped with the Horn relay and its fine
3 The Clutch on A/C compressor does not engage.
4 Dont notice any type of wobbling on compressors Pully

I like to do this job myself despite a bad back, any suggestions as to what the issue is, and how to go about fixing this thing?
has anyone had a similar issue with A/C?
    :annoyed:

If the A/C clutch is not engaging and the A/C comes on & doesn't flash then you need to put A/C gauges on it and see if there is refrigerant in the system.

1). Did you have any prior "symptoms"? i.e. hot them cold hot then cold?

    2) Does the little light on the AC button flash?

3). Do you have a UV flashlight?

From my experience it seems that some early 2nd gens had issues with the compressor housing going bad causing the system to leak out. Kind of an odd failure IMO, but I had mine replaced a while back and its good now. Either way bring it to a shop and they will throw gages on it and probably find the issue.

This is correct. I had to replace the compressor on my 06 back in 2011....I got a flashing AC button light when mine happened.

Took the Tacoma to Shop, they tested it
    A/C system performance test
    Added 1.37 Lbs of refrigerant
    leak Detection Dye
The clutch is back working and the air is cool
they said the gages showed Zero when testing !!!
where did the refrigerant go? am just curious, it is a Closed system.
