I took some pictures of my fuse box while installing a radio and I thought I'd share them in case someone needs a good reference for this year/body vehicle. The radio I installed was a Pioneer AVIC-5100NEX navigation unit.

To get these pics I went ahead and removed the panel under the steering wheel.

With all the plugs installed, you can see the infamous "black" plug that may or may not be in your fuse box along with the speed sensor tap.

A nice clean tap of the reverse signal for later integration with OEM backup camera. I actually got a scare while testing the install when the rear view mirror camera got a blue screen of death. It seemed to go away after I got the head unit properly mounted in it's space.

A close up of the purple/white speed sensor tap.

A wider shot showing the completed job.

A shot of the parking brake wire coming out of the switch on top of the brake.

    Hi,

I can't see from the photos where you connected the car speed and reverse signal. I have a AVIC-6200NEX model that I am trying to connect.

In pictures 1 and 3 there is a red tap going to the purple/white wire on the black plug. That's the speed sensor connection. In Pictures 1 and 2 there is a red tap going into the top left white plug. It's the red wire which you can not see because I have it all taped up. Follow this link and read the thread for a better idea of where the reverse wire is.
