2009 Tacoma and a Sanyo CCA-BC200 Camera

Going to install a Sanyo CCA-BC200 camera to a Kenwood DNX8120 on a 2009 Double Cab. I have couple of questions that I would like opinions on;

1) Placement. I have the one in the tailgate/Mirror and this is a second. Should I put it on the top of the Cab, or Bumper, or somewhere else. The original camera has limited value with the tailgate down

2) The CCA-BC200 has 3 views (2 Digital processed), and a switch to flip between them. Has anyone tried to set this up on the DNX8120 Relay inputs? or would it be better to use the switch that came with the camera.
