What shocks should I purchase? Just road use. Most off roading I do is riding in the yard putting mulch down.

    None... yet.
I'd stick with OEM. I've gone the strut assembly route with a lesser company before and it was... okay. Did not like the trade-off, i.e. savings vs. ride quality.

Bilstein 5100's are a popular choice but i've heard they are hard to source at the moment.

    All stock, baby!
After doing some research here and elsewhere, I bought a set of KYB SR4463/SR4464 from Summit Racing. They had them in stock and they arrived in one day. These have the spring pre-installed. Going in this weekend if all of the nuts and bolts cooperate.

Nice! You won't have to worry about color dots and which side of the truck they go on. The set you got have actual part numbers.

Some good (some not so good) youtube videos on how to do this task. I put some 3rd gen on my truck and watching a few videos helped me out.

Would also be interested to know if your replacement front coilovers "clock" or postion with the end of the spring to rear of the vehicle.

Good luck hope it goes trouble free.
