2009 TRD sport shocks

09 TRD sport DC w/ 90k. OEM Bilstein shocks (front and rear). How long should shocks last and what would be a good upgrade to replace these OEM shocks?

That's my question too.

I have a 09 TRD Sport DCLB w/98k and 265 70/r17s - so a little heavier wheel.

Bilstein makes great shocks, but I like to upgrade when I can. It feels like it rides great on the road, not bouncy off road but it really hated washboards, maybe I just need to go faster The rear shock top bushing is cracking so I wondered it that was an indicator or just replace the bushing. I know good suspension makes a huge difference, but I don't need racing suspension, or do I?

 

Same question... 2008 TRD Sport w 70K. Bilsteins have been ok, but since I have to take it for leaf spring recall, if there is a better shock to put on, why not? Not looking to lift or anything. Truck is not used off-road much. So, thoughts on rear shocks? And maybe poly bushings?
