Your truck isn't covered by the TSB yet...but you can go to your dealer and say- "Hey I have a rough ride in my truck...I think the rear springs aren't the greatest" They may or may not know about the TSB- you might want to bring it along and and have them look the part numbers.
If they approve your truck for it- You'll get two brand new leaf packs with 4 total leaves.
