What do I need to be doing after 200k that wasn't done before or more regularly?

Also if anyone has a good mechanic in San Diego (central) would be helpful!

my thought of maintenance every 100k, would be as followed:
    spark plugs
    upper and lower ball joints
    check valve adjustment
visually inspect all vacuum lines for cracking or brittleness
more than likely all of your bushings for your suspension components could be using a replacement.

and as for things that "arent done more regularly"
change all fluids, (be careful with transmission fluid, if you dont know when it was last changed)
    grease u joints
    replace pcv valve
fix leaks, if the truck has been neglected.

    this should get you started

Did you have the timing belt changed at 100K? If not it's long overdue. Lower ball joints as well?
