    Hey Everyone,

I have a 2010 offroad double cab with the 6-speed manual, 50k miles. Was taking off out of a drive tonight, stepped on it, it popped and stopped. It's grinding, but won't go anywhere in any gear, 2 or 4 wheel drive. it seems like it is putting a little power through to the wheels, but not much. Hard to shift into gear without using the clutch, but still seems to lock into 4-wheel drive, because it was binding when trying to push it when in 4-wheel. Wheels freely in 2-wheel, so I'm thinking it's stripped the input shaft splines.? Was wondering if this is a common occurence?

Hopefully Toyota covers it under warranty. If not, where can I buy parts / an input shaft besides the stealership? I'm not giving them a dime if they don't cover it.
