How is the best way to remove the rear seats on my 2010 access cab? I need to remove them to run an amateur radio antenna cable. I can see a small rubber grommet located behind the cab to run the cable through but will have to remove the seats to gain access. I don't want to just start removing bolts and screws before consulting someone who has already removed access cab rear seats.

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
Idk about the seats themselves, but the headrests are easy to get out, just gently pull the rear panel off and loosen the bolts and they come right out, will really improve on your rearview look out the back.

The folding seat bottoms come out with just the few obvious bolts and no drama. It sounds though like you want to at least partially remove the seat back panel to run your cable. As the previous poster points out, this is just held in place with plastic push fasteners and can be gently pulled off, starting at the top. I used a pair of wooden wedges to hold the panel back while I looked with a flashlight for where the next set of fasteners was so I could pry in the right place.

Thanks fellow Taco members, got everything removed and the antenna cable installed. I ran the cable through a small grommet hole in the back of the cab and it looks like a professional job if I do say so myself. This was about a 2 + hour job to remove the seats, rear seat panel, storage tray, and run the cable. I did break one of my plastic fasteners but things happen.
