    It's at the dealer waiting to be "stocked in" and waiting for the title to arrive by...mail? If you were hand delivering a package (trucking the truck), would you send the packing slip/invoice separately or give the truck driver a folder with all the titles of vehicles?

    Maybe so the truck driver can't steal all the cars???
