I love College Football. I can't wait until the season starts......but for some reason there doesn't seem to be that much Hype this year like last year. We all knew who the top 4/5 teams were going to be all summer last year. This year with USC getting destroyed, Texas, Flordia, and Okloserhoma losing their QBs.....that only leaves Bama (with a good shot of repeating). So I'm saying it right now, this year anybody can make it. It's wide open.......having said that here's my prediction.

Didn't Boise St switch conferences? Whether they did, or whether they didn't, they still don't play anyone, so you're right. They do have a shot. I think the voters will look at that schedule though and they won't make it to the big dance.

The only thing I know is that if A.J. Green is ineligible then Bulldog nation is gonna start cryin.

Nebraska bunch of CRY Babies......I want to leave the Big 12 because TEXAS runs the show and we can't beat them! Pout, pout, pout. So what are they going to do when they start getting whiped by The Ohio State, Michigan, Penn State, Wisconsin, heck I'll even through Iowa in there......are they going to try to be a Norte Lame and try to be "Independent". HAHAHA, pack up your bags Nebraska and get ready for one more whipping again this year from TEXAS!

Who's the cry babies? I've heard more Texas people bitching about us leaving the big 12 than anyone else. Get over it. I seriously doubt that our win/loss record in the big 12 had anything to do with us leaving, as Texas and Oklahoma are the only teams we do not have winning records against.

Let me point out also that we are on our 4th coach since the Big 12 was created in 1996.

You're right...even average would be nice. Last year our offense was pretty stout, but we'd have to score 45 points to win the game due to our dismal D. I'm hoping DeRuyter (new Def Cord from Air Force) can turn things around quickly.

yea...A&M, Michigan, and FSU are similar in the sense that all three were very good programs in the 80's and 90's, and have been mediocre in the last 10 years...
