FWIW... He seems like the least cocky person in this thread, especially from his last post. Just pulling for his team.

I happen to think they have no shot in hell at winning the title, though.

Mannys press conference was awesome. He said his philosophy is simple. There are only three thing an offense can do, run, pass or punt. So we are going to stop the run and hit the qb. And we will let them punt.

I like the youth we brought in. All our new coaches are in Thier 30s and considered the hot up and comers in their field. I went from being nearly suicidal from the melt done to actually excited about the future of the program.

They just announced Harsin from Boise st as our co OC with major applewhite. Looks like the are keeping major in hopes of getting him ready to take over when Mack brown finally steps down.

The future looks bright for the longhorns

Give yall a few years, i think yall will have the beginnings of a dynasty pending on the type of recruits yall get. The coaching staff might be one of the best ever

Well, AJ Green is enterin the draft. So much for "owing it to the fans" to come back. Kinda figured he'd change his mind when the money came callin. Oh well...gotta find someone else to carry us next year.

Oh yea...I definitely have a lot of faith in Murray. He had 2 games this year where he actually played like a freshman. Well...a game and a half. The first half of the UF game, and the bowl game. He has the possibility to be better than Stafford was when he was here, I think. He just has to have someone that can get him some YAC. Durham was OK, and Charles is pretty good, but neither of them are close to AJ. We'll have to see who decides to step up in the WR corp

Like maybe a new coach, is Miles interested in the Michigan job, rumors are swirling. Back to the point LSU did look impressive in the bowl. Now I hope my Tigers have one more in them, we'll Know tomorrow night...

I'm actually cool with that. He's lost the fan support here. It makes more sense to stay here, but the "dream job" is there. If he goes, I'd be the happiest person in the world if we could get Bo Pelini back in Baton Rouge.

    Me too.

I'm all amped up for a shootout tomorrow night. Think the SEC size & speed will win the game for Auburn, but I must say Oregon has been impressive this year as well. I like Oregon, but gotta stay SEC loyal.

They almost always look like clowns. What's with the highlighter yellow? Without that, these unis wouldn't be that bad.

5 in a row! 5 in a row! And yet another "Prolific offense" shut down by an SEC defense. Hmmmm....seems to be a trend.
