2010 Tacoma AC issues

    2010 Tacom Double Cab Long Bed
    On a road trip and ran into issues on a 95+ day,

    AC was running, started making a loud high pitched whining, no cool air, and my AC light was blinking.

    Tried to check the Relay by swapping it with the horn relay, no change in symptoms or behavior.
    cjecking coolant level, though AC was working great the last few days.

    Any simple troubleshooting tips, or tricks would be great.
