Gentlemen and Ladies, I am trying in vain to tell if I have air bags in my front seats. Could someone tell me how to check and determine yes or no. I am going to get some custom seat covers and the supplier is asking me this question. The Toyota dealers in Canada do no offer seat covers as an accessory and seem to be dumbfounded when I ask the above question. Thank you in advance for any and all replies.

Look at the outer edge on the seatback ..... it'll tell you that you have seat air bags ...... and yes, it is important in order to have the slit in the side.

    See it bicep height:

I am purchasing them locally through an upholstery dealer who does a lot of car and truck business. They however order the covers for newer vehicles from an outfit in Montreal. gts seatcovers , I checked online and found this website http://www.gtcovers.com/ but am not sure if this is the company or not. Hope this helps.
