Anyone have this problem? Dealer can not reproduce noise-they say they fixed it by removing the radio and "insulating". No help!!

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Lay your hand on your driver side fender and see if it will move (just slightly) forward and back. In my case the fender was loose! A little tighten of the bolts and the bang went away. Good luck and welcome!

The hamster that powers your truck could have died on the job.

On serious note, which side is the rattle coming from? There is a known issue with a wiring harness rattling against the dash plastic behind the glove box.

If your truck was purchased used, maybe something that the previous owner did is loose? If all the lower panels, glove box (center counsel) were removed you could get someone to drive the truck while you put your hands on everything you can until you find the rattle. Just a thought.
