I have had my 2010 about 2 months now and have about 2300 miles. Since nearly day one, I have had vibes between 50 and 70 mph that feels like the driveline or trans. No lift. I was wondering what to do about it if anything.

There's a TSB for that T-SB-0132-08. At least there was for 05-08 Tacomas. May be worth a try.

At least just go back to the dealer and have them look at it.

YOU WILL BE MISSED Satoshi Grill, FX-R retros, husky liners, bed bolt d-rings, TRD short throw shifter, 2.5 Fox Coil overs, AP UCA's, AP Expo rear leaf with Fox 2.0 shocks, Extended SS brake lines, AP kick-out sliders, 265/75/16 on Konig Countersteers, AllPro Apex front bumper and Zip Ties.
I think the next question should be .... can you feel it in the seat or feel it on the steering wheel?
Seat might mean the issue is drive train related
steering wheel might indicate front wheels out of balance perhaps.

I feel it under the seat, and under my feet.

I would recommend just taking it to the dealership, its still under warranty right?

^ I agree with skunk. It could also just be an out-of-balance rear wheel. My left rear is out of balance and it's felt mostly in the seat. Balancing tires on these stock wheels can be a real PITA.

I will check with the dealer. It's only two months old (2010 model).

I think there is a TSB about the front drive shaft
