2011 DCLB, 150k miles - what else should I do maintenance wise?

    The rundown:
    2011 DCLB, has 149,XXX miles. It's my daily driver and I often go out hunting, fishing, and exploring. I'm usually alone, but sometimes my wife or a close friend's with me. My truck is always the only vehicle. I have a Garmin InReach but hope to never need it. I want this thing to crank out another 150k miles reliably.

    The truck has had routine oil changes every 5k miles or so, with high mileage synthetic oil since about 75k. The auto trans was serviced at about 95k and again a few hundred miles ago. The drivers side wheel bearing was replaced 15-20k ago. Within the last 5k miles or so, it's had new front calipers, rotors, and pads; OME lift with Dakar springs and Total Chaos UCAs; transfer case checked; differential serviced; full brake system flush; and a full inspection of the drivetrain by a local independent shop.

    I'm about to do rear brakes (shoes, drums, wheel cylinders), spark plugs, and clean the MAF sensor and throttle body. I still plan to do timing belt, coolant system flush, and ignition coils.

    Is there anything else I should consider having done to maximize the old boy's reliability aside from what's been done and is planned?

    You have a timing chain. Which is considered by most a lifetime component.
    You can do it if you want to, but it’s a pretty big job.

    Other than that, maybe power steering fluid.
    If you really feel like doing something just for precautionary measures look at all the hoses.

    All the idler pulleys and tensioner should be spun belt off to check and in fact serpentine belt replace if still original.
    How old is your battery. Then getting close to an Alternator so Denso 130A on Carid $117 as easy to do at home as you are out there alone - I carry a second AGM battery on off road trips as if the battery dies so you sit (and walk). Why do coils not a regular failure item. When you dump the coolant remember to open the 2 lower block drains also to run clean water thru the block and get old stuff out. Check CV boots. 2 piece driveshaft check the carrier and u-joints. How is the rearend sound and wheel bearings back there. Why did they only replace 1 front bearing as when one goes usually do both as it soon fails. Drive on and have fun.

    You learn something everyday. I thought these had timing belts. Good to know!

    I have an optima red top battery. I'm gonna get a good jump starter pack to take with me just in case.

    I'm unfamiliar with ignition coils and assumed they had a shelf life, do that's also good to know. Those things ain't cheap.

    The shop who did the trans service checked all the components like wheel bearings, CV axles, U-joints, etc.

    I'm a lot closer than I thought. Thanks for the input.
