2011 JBL Audio system (sub), serious vibrations in cab!

The jack and spare parts are all secure...when the sub is installed (in the box and bolted/mounted with everything tightened) it does rattle around. When I push on the right side (facing the bed of the truck) it stops. I have tried to use gasket material to kill the vibration but didn't work. Then procceded to check the panneling on the rear of the cab, nothing is loose there. With the whole unit out (still pluged in and getting power), it doesn't vibrate. That leads me to believe somthing is loose somewhere in the rear of the cab. But all is secure, spent hours with no results! Ideas?

I think I can stop the rattle. I held the plastic enclosure from the bottom with the seat up and the rattle stopped. I have never taken my sub out but I'm guessing the panel is 2 or more pieces and the pieces are vibrating against each other. Maybe some insulation between the vibrating pieces will help. I'll have to try it sometime. I will still dynomat the rear cab wall for a future system. Amazon has dynomat for a decent price. If anyone has a cheaper place to get it from please post the link.

Focal K2P's in all 4 doors, 2- jl300/2's for the doors, headrest monitors, clarion 685, 1-Kinetik 2400 and 2-Kinetik 600's, 2 bulk packs dynamat, 2 rolls dynaliner, 2 13.5 W7'S, 2-JL 1000/1's, and all the custom fab and wires and such.

thats weird, i havent run into that problem yet. since yer truck is new, bring it in for warranty work

Damn man. Why didn't you just run a single JL300/2 and run all the Focal's in parallel? You must really like your passengers, I'd never spend money on rear speakers for them lol
