They might be in the ACC (All Cupcake Conference) championship game. Jimbo is a good coach, has done some good recruiting, we will see. Should be a great season, as always.

The SEC ( Subversive Evasive Corrupt) unfortutnately will probably have a couple more good years....
The ACC is rebounding however..... there has been some significant coaching changes and recruiting has turned around. We will see.

 

At least the ACC has 3 in the top 20....at least it gives us something to shoot for.....

You didnt fix anything for me. "We went somewhere where we have a change to win".. I trully dont belive that. If anything we went to a conference that has better teams then just two other schools. And a conference that has more money. Its all money driven, Nebraska is not scared of Texas. If we want to talk about the past then we could be here all day. Why dont we talk about the future or present time.

 

I could have, but the who would remind you of the colossal collapse that was the 2010 season?

Adding A&M and, more importantly, OU would make the SEC a super conference, but it would make it hella difficult to get through the season undefeated and play for a NC. I don't want to add any more top tier teams.

If Texas becomes independent, they'll have a cakewalk to the NC every year b/c they'll be able to schedule a sissy-bitch schedule like ND does, except unlike the Irish, they'll have actual talent.

Not sure why the Little 12 is assumed to be the "Texas and the Others" conference anyway. I can't find a single source that shows more Texas NCs than OU NCs. Sure, they're launching their own network, but through time, OU has been the better school. Texas has more overall wins, but OU has a better winning percentage.

Just curious to me why it's turned into a Texas+ conference.
