Did you try something simple mybe a fuse?

    Sometimes simple things are overlooked
With everything else that you should have tried it almost seems like the starters just taking a shit or it seized could try hitting it with a hammer a couple times

Thanks just checked it. And no power going to the starter. Could it be the ignition switch?

Check at the STA Relay and see what's missing, it would be best to use a test light:

Pin 1 should have power with the key in the crank position.
Pin 2 should be constant ground.
Pin 3 goes to the starter, you can jump power to here and see if the engine cranks (be sure the transmission is in park or neutral).
Pin 5 should have power with the key in the crank position.

    How are you testing?
I see a jumper wire in pin 5 and your test light is in pin 3?

Will it crank if you jump pins 3 and 5 together and turn the key to crank with the starter plugged in?

What if you jump power directly to pin 3 does it crank?
