I know there are some STi fans/owners on the site. I know I'm a wanna be. Sucks for the people who bought the 08-10 hoping to keep the a new body style for awhile. With the decrease in sales I'm sure Subaru figured out why pretty quickly. I hope they improved the handling a bit.

My comments on the body. I'm glad it's back to a sedan but it looks a little too much like the Subaru Legacy GT. When they are lowered and companies start coming out with body kits (skirts, bumpers, and rear diffusors) these things are gonna look BA. But you guys don't care what I think. Here's some pics...

BEAUTIFUL!!! that they decided to go back to the sedan. The hatch was terrible!

Nice! Looks way better than the hatchback, in my opinion.

    +1

The hatch reminds me of a Ford Focus. :puke:
I was very disappointed when they came in hatch only, good to see the sedan is back. Guess they came to their senses.

I still like the older ones better though.

I had an 05 and really loved it...but I wouldn't trade for my Tacoma. This new sedan is OK but it sure doesn't look like a 35-40k car. For that kind of money I would go with a used 335i or M3...or better yet, save 12k and get an 07 STI.

I'm a closet sti junky... I wouldn't trade the Tacoma for one since I need the pick-up but if I ever own a car, the sti would be it. I'm soo happy they're back to the sedan. Hopefully they change the front end a little so it doesn't look like a Legacy but otherwise, it looks nice!

I love the front of the car but I HATE the rear.

I love the hatchbacks all around though. :D

I do think though that the rear should be a little more boxy :)

I'd like more emphasis on the front going back to the older scoobies but I like the rear. Damn and just when the hatch was starting to grow on me....

I'm not feeling the sedan...maybe it's that type of spoiler that doesn't mesh with the body. Definitely not as good looking as the older scoobies. I prefer the newer hatch much more than the old school ones. And as someone already mentioned, if i wasn't in the market for a good pickup I'd be rolling in one of these too. They sound so nice!

As a former Subie owner....EEEWWWW! I personally preferred the 'bug-eyed' models from the early 00's - they were unique. Now they're starting to look like everything else on the road.
That's why I like Tacomas too, they're different from every other truck out there.
