Hey all! I have a 2011 Tacoma and the running light bulbs burned and cracked the inner plastic shield (presumably, due to excessive heat). I browsed the thread for headlight options started by crashnburn80, but didn’t see any information about the daytime running/turn signal bulb replacement option. I admit I didn’t go through the whole thing (The thread was pretty long 278 pages), So I may have missed this information. If so, could you point me to the right page? If there was no post about my inquiry, what options if any do I have to prevent this from happening again?
    thanks in advance.

Welcome to TW! That is a good question, I have the same problem with excessive head from the running light bulbs.....I had a quick look and couldn't find a suitable alternative..... other than an LED that required an external load to get the flasher to work.

Interested to learn if other alternatives exist too.
