hey whats up everyone. i order two sets of HIDs for my truck. 55w h4 hi/lo kit and a 35w h10 kit for the fogs. the fogs operate perfect but headlights are different. the driver side works perfect but the passenger light doesnt. i have turn on and off the light switch a few times and then it turns on and stay on. its weird. i called DDM tuning and they said it might be the truck cause we tried different test and they test supposably show that the ballast and bulb are good. what are your thoughts on this? all help is welcome

If you bought the kit with the slim (digital) ballast, that could very well be you're issue. I went down the same road for several months and after DDM sent me two different full sets, someone there got smart and said they have had some issues with the digital ballast working with our trucks. I didn't think I would want the analog ballast, but they fire just as fast, work every time and I no longer have to cycle my switch to get my passenger side to fire. Also, if you have the hi/lo kit, you don't need the extra harness they sell. The same guy told me to take it off and only run the harness that came in the hi/lo kit. Mine have been working perfectly for about 6 months now (knock on wood). Good luck!

I used the large analog ballast I have for my fogs and I'm having the same problem. also, I don't know if I'm talking out my ass, but it seems like I only ever have problems with the HID's when it's raining. (not sure if that related)

Have the same problem with my 09. DDM has replaced everything and the problem still persists. They said that I needed to install a resistor on the passenger side....i think its crap. I've heard the raptor kit will work, but haven't tried it yet.
