2011 tacoma "NO TAIL LIGHTS"

Ok I have a 2011 Tacoma 4wd 2.7L engine and my problem has me stumped. My tail\running light doesn't work all the time I have brake rev and turn. the tail light doesn't come on after sitting for approx. 14 to 16 hrs. after I drive it to work they will come on and stay working for approx. 8 to 9 hrs. after I make it home then the next morning the same thing over and over. I think that a relay my be causing this any suggestion please

 

I had a similar issue...check the brake light switch. Also, do you have a tow package on your truck?

i think temp has something to with it. i try it this morning and no lights as usual started up still no light i let it run awhile no lights. then about 20min still no light so i then put my truck in drive then i go lights. but when i drive it first thing in the morning i don't have light til about 20min after i drive it
