2011 Tacoma Owners: Need your help please!

Hi there, I bought some oem 2011 coils to put in my bilstein 5100s and am not sure which side is driverside or passenger. If you own a 2011 tacoma, please look at your coils and let me know what your paint marks are for each side.

I have white and pink dots on the left or driver side coil.I have white and looks like orange on my right side, passenger side.

 

Thanks for quick response! But that misleads me now because I have completely different paint on my coils, maybe they're not actually 2011s

 

Well they should be 2011s, here are pics of them

Yeah, idk, maybe they had different paint within the same year? Seems crazy

 

Some are built i California, some are built in Texas. Very possible.

 

Mine was Texas. According to vin#.

 

Mine was cali.

Offroad and sport / sr5 have different oem coils if im not mistaken.

Whats wrong with using your current OEM coils?

and lastly when standing next to eachother are they different lenghts? if so id imagine the taller one (longer) goes on the driver side to account for taco lean.

 

Well, the coils were cheap enough that I had them assembles with new top hats for free, so it's easier to install in the end. These are sport coils, but are already assembled in the 5100s now,

 

Duh. They do differ from one another depending on model. That went right over my head until mentioned.

 

Yeah, so I guess someone with 2011 sport coils must have the above paints hopefully or someone else does and will chime in

 

I have a 2010 with the same colors.

Blue/white on right.
Grey/grey on left.
