I’m new to this page so please bare with me and any of my incorrect “terms”.

I bought a 2011 Tacoma that already had a lift on it about a year ago. I’m constantly learning about it and updating/customizing it.

My current issue is that my front driver side shock went bad. So I’d like to replace both of my front coil-overs. I believe the ones that are on it are pro comp explorers with 3” pro comp lift springs. I believe rear end has an extra leaf spring and extended pro comp shocks. The truck is sitting level

I’d like to buy a complete strut assembly that works with my current set up. That way I don’t have to mess with a spring compressor or mess with the rear suspension.

    So my questions are,
    - if I buy the bilstien 5100 complete strut assembly that is pre set to 3” will my truck still sit level
    - will the bilstien 5100 work with my stock control arms?
    - is there a better “budget friendly” option for front coilovers in my situation?

    Or

-Would I be better off to keep my 3” springs and buy new strut and deal with using a spring compressor?

    Thanks ahead of time
