Hi guys, I'm looking for a quality replacement for my tailgate handle. The original one was damaged so I replaced it with the pop n lock a few years ago. That turned out to be garbage and was very difficult to open. Now I'm looking for my 3rd tailgate handle. The following from Autozone has no reviews and I'm curious if anyone had experience with this part. Thanks!

Dorman can be hit or miss on quality, depending on the part and where/who they source it from.

For $120, you'd be better served to buy a new handle directly from Toyota. For the '09-15 Tacoma, the p/n #69090-04020 and should be about $100 from the dealership. Or eBay for a used OEM handle.

Good idea, at this point I might as well go with OEM from Toyota. I already wasted enough $ on the pop-n-lock.
