3 inch lift on front. 1.5 inch on back. 275/70/17 falken wildpeak a/t. 17x9 fuel hostages. Dual flowmaster 40.
I have a 2011 Toyota Tacoma. 4 door. Trd off road package. I have stock size tires and rims. I lifted the front 3 inches and the back 1.5 inches. I am trying to figure out what tire size I can fit and what rims size I can fit. I want the gun metal grey trd rims which are 17x8 I believe but I don't know how big of tires I can run on those or how wide they can hold and how big I can fit without rubbing. Can anyone help?? I feel like I have lots of room to play with. Here is a picture of what I have now.

    275/70r17 with plenty of room

What does the second number mean exactly? If I went up to like 275/75/r17 what does that change?

The first number is the width, in millimeters.
The second number is a % of the width, off the wheel.
    A 285/70r17 tire is:
    285mm/11.3" wide
70% of 285 is 7.9" (off the wheel)
    (7.9x2)+17=32.8
This is the overall diameter of the tire.

That would change the height, but not width.

Its the aspect ratio meaning it's the percentage of the width in height. Basically the additional 5% is about an 1" or diameter. With 275/75 it'll likely rub. The biggest you can go without any issue is 265/70 and possibly 275/70. More than that you'll need to start modifying. Any size in a 17" with be much more expensive than its equal in a 16"
