It only happens when I have 3 or more people in the cab. Do anyone else's trucks do this? I'm planning a level lift to hopefully fix this issue. Just worried something may be broken or worn... Truck sounds and drives normal.

This sounds very odd, I've never heard of the front bottoming out, the back, yep, all the time. Even when I had 175K on my 2006 DC/SB, it never bottomed in the front. I have a '13 DC/LB now and it has never bottomed front or back.

Unless you have a ton of miles on it, I gotta think you have something wrong with a strut or a spring. Did you try a bounce test?

sounds like the shock/strut. Is it original OEM (3 + yrs)? If not How old?/Mileage?

I did not try a bounce test. The truck is completely stock, 52k miles. It's a 2011 so you would think its not due to wear. I'll have to get under there this weekend and take a look to see whats going on.

It was just three normal sized adult guys in there, including myself. If it's a blown seal I guess I will just have to do a complete replacement and lift on the truck... bummer :)
