My 2012 is lifted around 2.5 inches with the ironman lift. I recently installed light racing UCAs using setting "d". I took the truck to the dealer for alignment and now the truck pulls to the right. The dealership says the tires are causing the problem and I need to get them road force balanced. I swapped the tires right to left and it still pulls the same direction which to me eliminates the tires as the problem. The truck never pulled before the new control arms and the tires only have 4000 miles on them.

    Alignment specs are

    Left Right
    Camber 0.7. 0.4
    Caster 2.5 2.3
    Toe 0.07 0.05
    SAI 11.5 11.9
    Incl angle 12.3 12.3

    Cross camber 0.4
    Cross caster 0.2
    Cross SAI -0.4
    Total toe 0.12

Does anything on the alignment look off that would be causing the pull?

I would say take it back, Caster should be higher on the right side or a little lower on the left. You want about a .5 split with the right side higher for road crown.
Tires are not your problem if you swapped them from side to side.

I took it to another shop and they said the alignment was incorrect. The tires were inflated to all different pressures which should have been checked before the dealership put it on the alignment machine. They roadforce balanced the tires and redid the alignment. The toe measured .05 on one side and -.10 on the other side. The realigned to .1 camber, 0 toe, and 2.5 caster on each side. Truck drives perfect and the tires are now clearing the fenders again. Now I am waiting to see how the Toyota place handles this. I have asked for a refund on the alignment.
