    Hey Gents -

I'm marginally stumped on a clicking noise that has surfaced and on the vibration that I believe is related, but have learned over the years... coincidence on broken parts and mechanical issues in a 4x4 haunt me. That said; I am in pinch for time and hope to resolve this problem before my hunt in just a few short days. Any help that saves me any time is GREATLY appreciated!!!

I have 2012 OR DC with 55k mi and 2.5" Icon CO's up front. Within the past 250mi I picked up clicking in what sounds like and I am pretty confident... is the drivers side front corner while under load and with any left input in the steering. Additionally, I've picked up a moderate vibration that can be felt at most speeds - subtle initially while at low speed (10-25) and strongest at highway speeds. The vibration is is only felt under load and goes away without load.

My immediate instinct was to replace the driver side CV and I did so, resulting in zero change or improvement unfortunately. My next path will be to replace all of my U-joints to address the vibration and I am somewhat confident that will address the issue. The clicking with left steering input has me pretty stumped however... Thoughts on where that would come from under the circumstance described???

    Again, any help is appreciated!!!

Just found this thread below and am guessing this will have some answers. Kicking myself for not just replacing that inner bearing at the diff while I was right there. Thought for sure it was the CV with that clicking though...

My vibrations are more consistent through all speeds as opposed to what I read from most of the posts of those describing their vibrations coming in the 30-45mph range. The clicking that I'm hearing is still a mystery and doesn't seem to be inherent of the front diff spider bearing problem.

    So for an update -
I've opted to throw some up-front time and money at the problem in effort to knock it out quickly. While I've eliminate the majority of the vibration, the clicking is still a total mystery, and for now, appears to be sheer coincidence. I've installed at this point a new CV, ECGS bearing, and wheel bearing, resulting in significantly less vibration. I still have some subtle vibration to chase, but I'm rolling down the Hwy comfortably again. U-joints are still in order once I have some more time to work with.
I am starting to suspect the clicking is coming from the ABS system at this point and will head down that path until I can rule it out or learn more info. Still hoping someone with experience will chime in. Starting to catch the drift that most folks are more interested in replying to pictures of wheels, tires, bumpers, and what lift do you have bro threads...
Regardless, I'll post as I go for the next person that could use some help.

    Update -
All vibes are history I'm happy to report! Replaced all U-joints and Center Bearing. Smooth as butter now at all speeds. The clicking when turning left, under load, is still a total mystery at this point and I'll likely spend the diagnostic charge somewhere to have it solved (hopefully).
