I am looking to make my first Tacoma purchase and found the exact truck I am looking for at a deal pretty close near by. I wanted to get everyone's opinion on the price they gave me.

    2012 DC LB TRD Sport
    Tow Package
    MGM color
    No Entune
    Floor mats

    MSRP is $32,765
They will sell it to me for $30,950 (this is Factory Invoice)

I used TruCar to get a good price and offered them what I thought was fair and they took it. Not what I wanted to happen, I guess i should've went lower and thats the only thing holding me back)
Let me know what everyone thinks!

I bought one similar, silver, DBLB, Sport, with entune, bed mat, and cromed exhaust for $700 less then what they are offering you.

I think that is a fair price considering what I have been seeing. Not the best price but defiantly not the worst

The price they are giving me is the Trucar invoice price. Below Cost price on Trucar is $30,391, Great Price is $31,053.

How accurate is the info on Trucar? Anyone have experience negotiating a deal before using their numbers??

Thoughts on warranties? I know you can buy direct from toyota online as long as your truck is under 36k miles. I'm looking at ways to work that into the deal. Lets hear everyone's opinions.
