Do your seat bottoms "snap" in or do they just lay there without being secured?

Reason to this is my 5th Gen 4Runner has a snap to set it in place, whereas my Tacoma does not.

Do you have the same set up? or do I need to take this to the dealer?
Pics of what i am talking about soon...

I'm not sure anything changed for 2012 but my 2007 DC rear seats do not snap in place. They just sort of wedge down under the seat back and the seat back cushion holds them in place. Even though there is no snap, they don't move around at all.
