I've been trying to do an update but when I keep getting the following message "Unable to start mmc driver successfully. Unplug SW Update stick to reset."

I downloaded the file from here Toyota Downloads

Anyone know how to fix this or if I'm going to have to take it to the dealership?

Have you tried using a different flash drive?

Yes, I took it to Toyota and they said the whole thing needed to be replaced which would cost around $900, so I decided to just switch it for a new one myself. I am thinking of getting the Kenwood DMX4707S.
