No I think it's a good idea. It's mostly asphalt but cool to go check out. I haven't been up yet this year. I'll do some checking on the net and talk to some people that spend a lot of time up there. Get somewhat of a plan together

 

I thought you said bear season didn't start until the following weekend.

we mad it as far as hicks run on the tour on our way to bennazett
we ducked out at Jerry run road and took some forest roads to quenhanna hwy
was looking for maybe Parker dam and the west side of said loop

 

I go to wykoff run and out that way to medix run. I'll figure out some dirt roads. Scenic route. Maybe well hot the check station on the way back to look at some dead bears. I think it's up near hyner

 

May I suggest we to the reverse of the Hyner View route we did last Winter? We could take the scenic route up to Renovo and then take the reverse route from the View down along the river - cross at Lockhaven then take the backroads through to the furnace and hit BC road from Sand Spring Rd.

Just a thought...

 

Probably be a lot of guys hunting the sidehills along the river and traveling the graham road. No room to pass on there either. The furnace road is closed. Posted signs all over and cameras from what I'm told.
